**NOTE: there's a chance the lyrics in the chorus are actually "live in this light" (meaning being seen as a friend), but it's most likely "lie" (meaning she has unrevealed feelings, and is trying to lie to herself). I've listened over and over (gladly, I might add... ha ha), and it really sounds like "light" to me; however, I put "lie" here, because that's what the lyrics booklet said (but it was from Japan, and some of it was wrong, so you never know). Ah, the mystery of Dying Inside. ;)
VERSE one:
How could I go and just walk away
without aid
And I keep it in when I just want
to shout it
Now I sit and wonder where you are
And it's tearing me apart
CHORUS:
With every chance that passes by
And every day I live in this lie
When I see her in your eyes
I'm dying inside
And I couldn't bare to watch you leave
With my love still a mystery
But how do I make you see
I'm dying inside
VERSE two:
You're my world
but you see me as just
your old friend
And I can't take you looking at me
that way again
When I watch you walk away
with that lucky girl
I'm losing my world,
my world
my, my, my, my... world
CHORUS:
With every chance that passes by
And every day I live in this lie
When I see her in your eyes
I'm dying inside
And I couldn't bare to watch you leave
With my love still a mystery
But how do I make you see
I'm dying inside
BRIDGE:
I want to live my life
free from the pain I'm knowing now
I want to breathe again
knowing that I
didn't let love pass me by
CHORUS with ad-libs to fade out
